Egg tray forming machine is a kind of machine which absorbs paper pulp-the raw material, on the surface of mould by vacuum to get various shape and ratio of wet and dry by regulating time. After such working procedure as transferring moulds, releasing moulds to complete paper tray production. Our forming machines adopt advanced PLC programmable controller; Selecting of high quality electronic devices and pneumatic components; Using stainless steel pulp barrels with high performance and long service life.
Raw material:
Raw material: waste old book, waste newspaper, waste carton, etc.
Drying fuel: coal, wood, diesel, natural gas, lp-gas
Main process:
1.Paper Pulp Making System: It is mainly comprised of hydrapulper, pulp pump, multi-function refiner machine, blender, control cabinet, etc.
2.Egg tray making machine : This part mainly is the egg tray forming machine.We could produce the forming mould and transfer mould based on our customers request.
3.Drying machine : When the egg tray be made over by the forming machine, the egg tray will be put on the drying line by transfer mould,they will across the drying channel, then you can get the dry tray! there are Multi - metal dryer, civil dryer .and drying fuels: coal, wood, diesel, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas and so on.
